LEADERSHIP
RREA exists to enhance the Rotman real estate experience for students through education, application, and exposure, and with our strong leadership focused on these objectives, we continue to thrive.
Prior to Rotman, Siyi worked in China for six years in real estate investment, including roles in the capital markets division of CBRE China and real estate investment at AJ Trust, a real estate investment trust fund.
Driven by a passion for real estate, Siyi chose to pursue an MBA at Rotman to deepen his knowledge and transition into more strategic roles within the industry. This past summer, he further honed his skills as a Summer Co-op within the alternative investment team at TD Asset Management, where he was involved with several real estate and infrastructure acquisition projects.

Looking ahead, Siyi is excited to lead the Rotman Real Estate Association as its president, aiming to enhance the association's presence and impact on campus. Through initiatives such as industry-specific seminars, panel discussions, and case competitions, Siyi is committed to connecting students with industry professionals and alumni, helping them explore the vast opportunities within the Toronto real estate market.

Yuvraj Mohan
Prior to attending Rotman, Yuvraj worked in private equity consulting at Alvarez and Marsal across a variety of sectors. Prior to his time at Alvarez and Marsal, he worked as an analytics consultant for financial institutions.

Yuvraj holds a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from the London School of Economics, as well as a Masters’ degree in Analytics and Management from London Business School.
​
For his summer internship, Yuvraj worked at Davis Pier as a consultant focused on public sector, including social services, housing data, and implementation plans for recreational centers.

Prior to attending Rotman, Wendy gained over six years of experience in the real estate sector, excelling as a top-producing realtor in Toronto and founding her own real estate brokerage. She aspires to pivot into financial services, with a strong desire to make a meaningful impact on a larger scale.

During her summer internship, Wendy worked on the real estate credit risk team at Scotiabank, where she contributed to real estate loan credit reviews and adjudication.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto, with a double major in Economics and Human Biology. In her free time, Wendy enjoys playing tennis, skiing, and participating in various watersports.
She is committed to helping upcoming students develop industry knowledge and expand their professional networks.

Jim Wang CFA, CPA
Vice President, Finance
Jim holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Calgary.
Prior to Rotman, Jim worked at KPMG's corporate audit practice, Alberta Health Services' finance department, and PwC's accounting & transaction advisory practice.
For his summer internship, Jim worked at RBC Capital Markets as an Investment Banking Associate in M&A.

In his spare time, Jim enjoys playing spike ball, poker, and watching reality TV.
Rein Wang
Vice President, Communication
Rein is a realtor and student in the Morning & Evening MBA program at Rotman. With a broad background in residential and commercial real estate, resale, pre-construction, assignment, and lease transactions, Rein is eager to share market insights and learn from both alumni and industry leaders.
Prior to joining Rotman MBA, Rein also worked in commodity trading, logistics, consumers goods for many years. Besides work and school, Rein enjoys playing tennis, badminton, hiking and travelling.
As the new VP of Communication, Rein is committed to establishing effective connections with industry leaders, linking students with professionals and alumni, and helping them navigate the diverse opportunities in the Toronto real estate market.
